Processing information
Paper AHEGS documents are available for students graduated from August 2011. Digital AHEGS documents are available for students graduated from January 2014.
AHEGS copies cost AUD$50 each for paper or AUD$27 for digital (first digital copy is free). You will be contacted for payment before your request is processed.
Allow 2 business days to process your request, longer if you graduated prior to 2000. Allow 7-10 business days after processing for delivery in Australia, longer for international.
Standard postage for Australia and international addresses is free. Express post in Australia is an additional $8, Express post international costs vary based on destination.
If you require any of the following, please provide clear instructions in the comments:
- Documents sent to other institutions or multiple addresses.
- Documents sent in individual envelopes.
- Stamping the back of the envelope to show that the contents have not been tampered with.
To have your request processed, you must provide a current personal address. This address will appear on the AHEGS document.
